Getting here from Maryvale
The simplest route is 35th Avenue north, all the way to Dunlap Avenue. The office is on 35th Avenue between Dunlap and Peoria Avenue. Parking is on site.
If you're coming from the Desert Sky Mall area at 75th Avenue and Thomas Road, or from near Maryvale Baseball Park, head east to 35th Avenue and then north. You'll cross the Grand Canal on the way.
Prefer the freeway? Take Interstate 10 to Interstate 17 north, get off at Dunlap Avenue (exit 207), and go west about a mile to 35th Avenue.
Bus Route 35 runs along 35th Avenue if you're riding transit.

Is 20 to 25 minutes too far to drive with a knocked-out tooth?
