Phone answered 24/7. If you call after 5:00 PM, the answering service holds you a 7:00 AM appointment the next morning. If you call on a Sunday, you get the first Monday slot at 7:00 AM.
Directions to our office on 35th Avenue
We're on 35th Avenue between Dunlap Avenue to the south and Peoria Avenue to the north, in the North Mountain area of northwest Phoenix, about a mile west of Interstate 17.
- From I-17: take Dunlap Avenue (exit 207) or Peoria Avenue (exit 208) and head west about a mile to 35th Avenue.
- From Glendale: take Glendale Avenue or Northern Avenue east to 35th Avenue, then north. From central Glendale, 43rd Avenue north to Dunlap also works.
- From Peoria: Peoria Avenue east to 35th Avenue.
- From Maryvale: 35th Avenue north straight up to Dunlap.
- By light rail: the Metro Parkway station on the Valley Metro Northwest Extension is about a mile east of the office.
- By bus: Route 35 runs along 35th Avenue.
Cortez Park sits near 35th Avenue and Dunlap if you want a landmark to aim for.
